Infant feeding tips 

1. Exclusive breast feeding for at least six months.

2. Avoid giving water for the first three months

3. Avoid bottle feeding, if necessary please consult doctor before starting it

4. Encourage the child to eat independently as early as possible.

5. Do not force feed.
